Visit www.advancedplanroom.com and select BERKELEY HEIGHTS - EXTERIOR STAIR CANOPY REPAIR & REPLACEMENT for the WATERBURY HOUSING AUTHORITY, beginning on August 11, 2025. 5% Bid Security (Over $25K ONLY) and 100% Performance/Payment Bonds (Over $100K ONLY) are required. Bidders will note requirements of minimum wage rates, nondiscrimination/equal opportunity rules (Executive Order 11246) and related provisions in the General Conditions.
