Visit www.advancedplanroom.com and select BERKELEY HEIGHTS - EXTERIOR STAIR CANOPY REPAIR & REPLACEMENT for the WATERBURY HOUSING AUTHORITY, beginning on August 11, 2025. 5% Bid Security (Over $25K ONLY) and 100% Performance/Payment Bonds (Over $100K ONLY) are required. Bidders will note requirements of minimum wage rates, nondiscrimination/equal opportunity rules (Executive Order 11246) and related provisions in the General Conditions. No bid shall be withdrawn for sixty (60) days. Complete bidding requirements are noted in the Contract Documents. This project is federally assisted.
