Janitorial service

Janitorial service for the Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission at 350 S. Decatur St., Montgomery, AL,
Twice a week,  5700 square feet, 1 floor, 3 restrooms, 1 kitchen, Agency provides trash liners, paper towels, handsoap, and
toilet tissue.  Period:  October 1, 2026-September 30, 2027.
Single story building. Site visit not required but suppliers are welcome for walk through. Please call 334-850-1611 for appointment.
Vendor provides labor, materials equipment.
Vendor shall adequately secure keys provided.  If key  becomes lost missing or stolen vendor must report this immediately to the agency.  The vendor will be liable for the cost of changing locks or keys to the building should said key become lost missing or stolen.
Vendor must carry liability insurance and be bonded and be prepared to provide proof of coverage.
Vendor shall ensure that the building is secure each visit by making sure doors are locked.
At a minimum the vendor shall perform the following:
Each visit:    Clean entrance glass
Sweep and mop floors (entrance, kitchen, 3 restrooms)
Vacuum common areas(hallways, file room, conference room)
Empty trash and replace liners
Clean and disinfect all toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, and partitions in restrooms
Restock all toilet tissue, hand towels, and soap.
Wipe down exterior of dispensers.
Clean and disinfect countertops, table, and sink in kitchen.
Weekly:        Dust all open areas of horizontal surfaces 8 feet and  below.
Disinfect door knobs
Vacuum offices that are open
Monthly:      Clean baseboards
Dust blinds, window sills, air vents
Clean and dust conference room table
