District Court RTU Replacement

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received through PennBid™ by East Goshen Township for District Court RTU Replacement until 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 13th day of November 2025, at which time and place they will be opened and the bid results posted on PennBid™.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
Questions may be asked through the PennBIDTM system. The final date to submit questions is 5:00pm, November 7, 2025.
The project involves the replacement of 3 rooftop HVAC units at the District Court Building.
There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit at 9:30 AM on the 3rd day of November 2025 at the project site, 1572 Paoli Pike, West Chester, PA 19380.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage rates apply to this project.
