Summary Please quote the following: Blinds/Window Coverings for Office. Quoting vendor will have to measure the opening, purchase the blinds/window coverings (material) and install said blinds/window coverings. Subcontracting of this service by awarded vendor is NOT allowed and will result in termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service should be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. Any damages to the building during the performance of these services will be solely the responsibility of the awarded vendor to correct. Please quote the cost of blinds, labor to install and any materials needed to install. In order to properly quote this service, a site visit is MANDATORY. Please note that any quotes received from vendors that did not attend the site visit will NOT be considered. Site visit is scheduled for Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 9:00am. There will be a sign in sheet for vendors. Service Address: 1635 Mitchell Young Road, Montgomery, Alabama 36108. ADPH reserves the right to not award based on budget restrictions.
