Photo ID System - DRC270000 - OSC

The Dept of Rehab & Corrections (DRC) would like to Request to purchase a Service Agreement and support of Photo ID Capture System MAX 5, version 5.7.0. The application points to a MS SQL server 2022, standard edition, where our data is stored. We’re asking to continue using the application and for support for 90 days.  This Service Agreement and support are needed to bridge the gap while our permanent solution is being implemented and deployed statewide. The Service Agreement and support would take effect, 7/1/2026 and end 9/30/26.Currently, the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation & Correction utilizes Photo ID System, Max Security Portal to produce staff and Incarcerated Person identification badges.  The agency will begin transitioning to a new badge solution starting in April 2026.  In the interim of this transition, DRC will need to maintain the current system and support in place until all staff can be converted to the new badge technology.  This is anticipated to be completed on or before 9/30/2026.
