Red Deer Polytechnic

This RFQ is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of the supply and delivery of eight (8) Ultrasound Examination Tables and 11 Ergonomic Ultrasound-scanning Chairs (with foot ring) to be delivered to RDP in Red Deer, AB, for use at the School of Health Safety and Wellness in the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Diploma Program. It is RDP’s intention to enter into the Form of Agreement attached as Appendix A to this RFQ with only one (1) legal entity. Mandatory Requirements: Respondents who do not comply with the following mandatory criteria will be disqualified without further consideration given. Each proposal MUST include completion of the: Submission Form (Attachment #1), completed and signed by an authorized representative of the respondent.
