The United States Air Force (USAF) has a requirement for repair of the 30 NSNs listed in Attachment 1 for the AN/APN-241 Low Power Color Radar (LPCR) that is used across multiple C-130 platforms. Using Organization of this contract is the 409th SCMS/GUMB, Robins AFB, GA. For this contract, services shall include maintenance services and repair of recoverable items, packaging, handling, storage, transportation and data collection while meeting required performance thresholds. The contractor shall provide management organization, systems and processes to effectively and efficiently accomplish component repair.
The contractor shall repair and test the NSNs listed in Attachment 1, Tables 1 and 2, to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, returning the assets to the United States Air Force (USAF) in serviceable condition. The contractor shall convert NSN listed in Attachment 1, Table 3 to OEM specifications, returning the assets to the USAF in serviceable condition.

NGSC is the sole source supplier of the AN/APN-241 LPCR and owns the data. Any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to stacylee.johnson.1@us.af.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.
