Lighting Improvements at Public Works Buildings

Lighting improvements at Public Works facilities, within the framework of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (“EECBG”) Program administered by the United States Department of Energy. A mandatory pre-submission meeting will be held on February 11, 2025 at 9:00 am, commencing at the front entrance of the Public Works Facility, 95 Vincent P Kelly Road, Bristol CT. This project is subject to Federal Procurement Standards Regulations 2 CFR 200.317 through 200.326 and to the requirements set forth in Public Law 117-58 ("Bipartisan Infrastructure Law"), exclusive of the Build America Buy American provision. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates as published by the United States Dept of Labor.
