This requirement is for critical program and operational contractor advisory and assistance support for the DHS Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Office of Health Security (OHS). These activities require coordination with other federal agencies and highly complex efforts to establish effective and efficient capabilities that are responsive to emerging border health and health security requirements. The Contractor is needed to support the DHS with continued strategic and operational planning, medical and public health program management support, strategic and operational communications, data governance, and analysis and reporting.
