Project Description: Sealed proposals for the following item for the City of Erie will be received electronically via PennBid by the City Purchasing Office, 626 State St., Rm 305, Erie, PA 16501 until 2:00 pm prevailing local time on Monday, April 27th, 2026:
Bid # 1844-26 – W 18th Street Traffic Signal Reconstruction
This project is subject to coverage under PA Prevailing Wage (PWA)and related acts. Contractors bidding shall comply with the City of Erie’s MBE and WBE Policy.
This is financed through PA Green-Light-Go(GLG)funds and subject to the requirements of Act 89 of 2013; Title 75. Section 9511(e.1), and the conditions of the City’s GLG agreement with PennDOT.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of a Corporate Surety Bond, Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Certificate of Deposit in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid.
