2026-001, Construction Management at Risk Services - Justice Center & North St Gateway

The General Services Agency (GSA), on behalf of the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners (County) and the Downtown Development Authority of Canton (DDA) ¿ Owners ¿ is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from Construction Managers at Risk with justice facility, parking deck and civic center mixed-use project experience interested in providing comprehensive pre-construction and construction management services for two projects known as Project No. GSA-2025-007 Justice Center Expansion by the County and the North Street Development Gateway Project by the DDA.
