The City of Hartford wishes to contract with experienced Carpenter(s), registered with the State of Connecticut to provide 24 hour on call carpentry service for boarding and securing vacant and damaged buildings as may be required by the Division of Licenses and Inspections. The quantities are estimated based on previous years usage, this Contract will be on an as needed basis and actual usage may vary.
