2025 Fireworks Notice of Bid

The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting sealed bids for the purpose of providing one community fireworks display for 2025, with the possibility of renewal for up to two additional years. The bid submitted shall incorporate all items listed in the Instructions and Specifications. Bidders must be federally licensed for pyrotechnic displays. “Sealed Bid” must be written on the envelope.  Sealed bids should be sent to:

Hand Deliveries can be made to the Community Development Offices at 410 N Broadway, Siloam Springs, AR. Bids must be received by the above date and time.   Sealed bids may not be sent electronically.

At 2:30PM, on Friday, January 10 ^th , 2025, the City shall open and compare the bids and thereafter award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities.  The bids must remain in effect for ninety (90) days.
