Project Description: Online Sealed Bids will be received by the LEHIGH COUTY AUTHORITY via the PennBid Program until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 for the LCA Kline’s Island Wastewater Treatment Plant 2026 Indenture Project. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM prevailing time on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at the Kline’s Island Wastewater Treatment Plant, Training Room located at 112 Union Street, Allentown, PA 18102. Bids from parties not present at the pre-bid conference and site visit will not be accepted.
Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a Bid bond (in the required form) or certified check for ten percent of the Bid total.
It is a requirement of this Contract that Bidder shall have a minimum of (5) years’ experience and at least (10) completed projects of similar nature to the Work required by this Project.

The Lehigh County Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
