This project, located in Carroll, Frederick, and Howard Counties, is for the maintenance and preservation of environmental assets including the SHA
District 7 Office and the Dayton Maintenance Shop, the Frederick Maintenance Shop, and the Westminster Maintenance Shop (District 7).
Environmental Assets include but are not limited to landscape planting beds, individual trees, tree planting sites, turf areas, stream sites and wetlands within
SHA facilities and
rights-of-way, easements held by SHA, and areas under agreement with SHA.
