Description
The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is to solicit proposals for media relations and public relations services for Destination Canada in the United States (US) and United Kingdom (UK).
The proponent may:
1. Submit a proposal for the US market;
2. Submit a proposal for the UK market; or
3. Submit a proposal for both the US and UK markets.
The proponent will provide support to DC’s initiatives, primarily in the US, in the UK, or both target markets (per the bid response). Depending on DC’s strategic needs, the proponent may be requested to provide media relations and public relations to support DC’s other target markets over the course of the contract’s duration. However, proponents in this NRFP will be evaluated based on their specific capabilities and experience in the primary market(s).
The estimated contract period will be 84 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/10/29.
