Project Description: The Reading Recreation Commission in partnership with the City of Reading and the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, intends to modify the existing 11th & Pike Recreation Center with a renovation and new building addition that enhances community programming, improves accessibility, and modernizes facility infrastructure. The selected engineering team will provide comprehensive design and engineering services from confirmation of initial concept development through construction documentation, construction management, and support.
