Project Description: The Reading Recreation Commission in partnership with the City of Reading and the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, intends to modify the existing 11th & Pike Recreation Center with a renovation and new building addition that enhances community programming, improves accessibility, and modernizes facility infrastructure.
