Baltimore County, Maryland, Purchasing Division is seeking Quotes for Traffic Paint Removal and Disposal, Term Agreement . Quotes are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/baltimorecountymd , no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 20, 2025 .
