Work Scope
The City of Allentown is requesting proposals for Construction Management, Inspection, and Documentation services for the City of Allentown’s School Zone Improvement Project and 10th & Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. Pedestrian Improvement Project.
These projects include improvements at twenty-six (26) school zone locations and at the intersection of S 10th St & Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. funded through the Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside (TASA) Grant Program and the Carbon Reduction Program.

Submittal
The City of Allentown will begin to receive sealed bids online via PennBid only at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. Submissions shall be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. Vendors must submit proposals online; those who fail to submit complete applications through PennBid will not be considered for award. Submissions must include a scanned copy of the Bid Bond as stated above through PennBid in the appropriate drop down. The PROPOSAL PAGE must be completed and submitted through PennBid. Other Forms must be completed and uploaded to PennBid.
Proposals may be withdrawn, altered or otherwise modified within PennBid at any time prior to the due date and time listed. Questions regarding this project shall be submitted via the “Ask a Question” feature in PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
No faxed or emailed proposals will be accepted. Responses received after the prevailing date and time will be rejected as non-responsive.
