Project Description: This solicitation is to establish a contract for services to provide virtual, instructor-led Highway Capacity Software (HCS) and Analysis training to Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) employees statewide. The training will focus on the latest highway capacity techniques and procedures as detailed in the latest version of the Highway Capacity Manual, which TxDOT will provide electronically for the participants.
