Description
The Town is seeking a contractor to supply all necessary labour and appropriate equipment to push/pile snow hauled into the Town’s designated Snow Dump Site to achieve an elevated "landscape" topographical format. Labour and equipment are required to be available as an on-call basis with 48-hours of notice during the winter season from December 1st through to March 31st of the following year. Historically, each call out is for one week of 12-hour days.
Required operations for the Deliverables are fully dependent upon the volume of snowfall, as such, there is not a guarantee of the quantity of work.
The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year with an option in favour of the Town to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) one (1) year terms.
