Description


The City seeks a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive Citywide Classification
and Compensation Study for the City of Stockbridge. The study will evaluate the City¿s
current job classification structure and compensation system and provide actionable
recommendations that support internal equity, market competitiveness, and long-term
sustainability.
