Project Description: Tarrant County College District (TCCD) announces the release of Invitation for Bid (IFB#25-040) Surplus Real Estate for TXU Property. Pursuant to Section 272.001 of the Local Government Code, sealed bids to purchase real estate or surplus real estate owned by Tarrant County College District located at 410 & 411 N. Main Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76164. Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Section 272.001, "fair market value" means the price a willing and informed buyer would pay a willing and informed seller for a property, and a political subdivision must obtain an appraisal to determine this value for the sale or exchange of real property. Tarrant County College District received appraisal value is $9,420,000.
