This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Owner’s Representative - Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Downtown Utilities Renewal Project, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The City is seeking a highly experienced consultant, or firm, to act as the Owner’s Representative and IPD Coach for the duration of the Downtown Utilities Renewal project using an IPD model. Proponents must demonstrate comprehensive expertise and thorough understanding of the Canadian construction industry, IPD scheduling, IPD project validation, IPD form of agreements, IPD lean strategies in addition to design and construction scopes of work.
The successful proponent will not be eligible to provide any design or construction services related to any project to which they also act as an advisor or Owner’s representative in any capacity.
