2026 Concrete & Demolition Debris Area Construction - 26-536-C&D-C

Project Description: The Chester County Solid Waste Authority proposes to construct a new concrete pad area to support on‑site concrete crushing operations. The project scope includes site grading, installation of an approximately 8,807‑square‑foot concrete pad, removal and reinstallation of existing bollards, installation of a catch basin and associated storm sewer piping and connection to existing manhole, and installation of concrete bins. The contractor is responsible for implementing and maintaining all required erosion and sediment controls, as well as ensuring appropriate traffic management and safety throughout the construction period.
