Project Description: The City of Olathe is seeking a skilled firm to help facilitate sponsorship opportunities for events, festivals, programs and facilities primarily related to Parks and Recreation. This involves assessing current city initiatives, programs, events and facilities to find potential sponsorships and developing a strategic plan with attractive packages. The firm will focus on reaching out to potential sponsors whose values align with the city, facilitating initial meetings to create mutually beneficial partnerships. Detailed proposals will be tailored to each sponsor's interests, and engaging promotional materials will enhance communication. To ensure the success of these efforts, key metrics will be established to track effectiveness, with regular updates provided to stakeholders on outcomes and return on investment. Additionally, the firm is encouraged to bring fresh, innovative ideas to expand the city’s outreach and continuously improve strategies based on performance insights, all while staying aligned with the city's priorities and values.
