Description

This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C25025Q0593, will be issued on or about 24 June 2025. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA VISN 10 Medical Centers have a requirement for a compounding documentation system for the Pharmacies of the Department of Veterans Affairs within the catchment area of Ohio, Indiana and Michigan.
Period of performance will be 9/29/2025 9/28/2026 base period and FOUR option years. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 with a size standard of $45.0 million.
