Public Safety Training and Simulation Equipment and Technology

Sourcewell and Canoe are seeking proposals for Public Safety Training and Simulation Equipment and Technology, including but not limited to:        Facilities, structures (fixed or mobile);                Equipment, props, supplies, rentals, and consumables;                Augmented or virtual reality, interactive, and digital simulation technology and related software, hardware, and equipment;                Instructional, educational, training programs, incident-based training, and learning management systems with directly related materials and supplies; and,                Services, equipment, and software directly related to the offering of the solutions described in Sections 1. a. – d. above, including design, installation, maintenance, repair, training, integration, support, and customization.                        This solicitation does not include the equipment, products, or services covered under categories included in pending or planned Sourcewell solicitations, or in master agreements currently maintained by Sourcewell, identified below:        Trailers with Related Equipment, Accessories, and Services (RFP #092922), with the limited exception of the purpose-built trailers identified in Section 1. above;                Public Safety Video Surveillance Solutions with Related Equipment, Software and Accessories (RFP # 101223);                 Software Solutions and Related Services for Public Sector and Education Administration (RFP #060624);                 Public Safety Communications Technology and Hardware Solutions (RFP # 020625); and,                 Public Safety Software (RFP # 030425) except for those directly related to 1. a. - d. above.                        The term of any resulting contract(s) awarded by Sourcewell under this solicitation will be four years. Sourcewell and supplier may agree to up to three additional one-year extensions based on the best interests of Sourcewell and its Participating Entities. Sourcewell retains the right to consider additional extensions beyond seven years as required under exceptional circumstances.        A full copy of the Request for Proposals can be found on the Sourcewell Procurement Portal ( https://proportal.sourcewell-mn.gov ).  Only proposals submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal will be considered. Proposer’s complete proposal must be submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal no later than the date and time specified in the Solicitation Schedule. Any other form of proposal submission, whether electronic, paper, or otherwise, will not be considered by Sourcewell. Only complete proposals that are timely submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal will be considered. Late proposals will not be considered.
