Description
This Statement of Work (SOW), under the Application Master Services Agreement (AMSA) PQR, is an invitation to submit Responses for the provision of Self-sustaining Application Services and Base Services with a focus on Continuous Service Improvement and innovation such as Automation-First and AI-Enabled Service Delivery in order to reduce manual processes and increase efficiency.
As part of this SOW process, the Government of Alberta (GoA) will host a virtual forum on September 12, 2025, from 13:30 to 15:30 hours Alberta Time. The purpose of this forum is to foster awareness of the Province’s expectations for deploying modern technologies in its services, and to contextualize the Province’s operating environment, including historical challenges experienced. The forum will not constitute a line-by-line review of the SOW. Rather, it will set out, at a program level, the Provinces’ expectations regarding resiliency and security, proactive modernization and currency management etc. See SOW for details.
