The Department of Veterans Affairs, Spokane, WA VA Mdical Center, intends to solicit proposals from contractors in the Spokane area to provides Contract Emergency Residential Services (CERS) beds for Veterans experiencing homelessness.
NCO20 intends to award a fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract (ID/IQ) with a five (5) year ordering period with a period of performance from 1 Septembeer 25 through 31 August 2030. The estimated closing date for proposals will be on or about 19 August 2025. The solicitation will be available for download on Contract Opportunities at https://sam.gov. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in solicitation on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments.
