AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2025-12-01 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide instructors for operational planning training as defined in the Annex Statement of Work against the Collective Military Training Role Playing and Facilities Supply Arrangement. Supply Arrangement holders (only) have been emailed this Request for Proposal (RFP), if other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for the Supply Arrangement before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement. To obtain a copy of the Request for Supply Arrangement download it from Collective Military Training role playing and facilities - Tender Notice | CanadaBuys. Canada will not extend RFP # WS5447916829 to provide additional time for bidders to qualify for the Supply Arrangement and submit a proposal for this RFP.
