Description:

This Invitation for Bids (IFB) provides interested suppliers with sufficient information to
prepare and submit bids for consideration by Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher
Education (State System) to provide Snow Management Operations for designated areas at
East Stroudsburg University, which is located at 200 Prospect Street, East Stroudsburg, PA
18301. The State System is requesting firm, fixed pricing.

A mandatory preproposal conference and site visit will be held at the location, date, and time specified above in Section I.2. The purpose of this conference is to convey the IFB’s goals, objectives, and scope. The preproposal conference is for information only. Answers to any questions asked during the conference will not be official until verified in writing by the Issuing Office via an Amendment to the IFB.
