Mandatory site visit:

Interested bidders must attend to one of the mandatory site visits held on December 4th and 5th, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. EST. Meet Stéphane Lajoie at 6100 Royalmount Avenue, Via Paré Street, Shipping/Receiving, Montreal, Quebec. All visitors must wear the following safety equipment:CSA approved footwear, hard hats, and safety glasses.

Description:

The work covered by this contract includes, without limitation: the expansion of building F, the modification of existing electromechanical systems and installation of the components required to ensure N+1 redundancy of the BPPC’s critical equipment and the reduction of carbon emissions and improvement of the energy efficiency of the facilities located at 6120 Royalmount Avenue, Montreal, Quebec
