Project Description: The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby requesting qualified contractors to submit competitive bids to complete traffic signal installation project at Bradley Place and Sunset Avenue.

SUBMISSION:
The Town only accepts online submittal of bids through Bonfire, the eProcurement platform linked to the Town website, promoting a greener footprint.
PRE-BID MEETING:
A "NON-MANDATORY" Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on virtually via the Microsoft Teams meeting platform.
Date/Time are specified in the "Events" section.
To join the meeting please see the instructions included under "Files" or copy/paste the URL in the "Events" section into your browser.
Attendance is strongly encouraged as this will be the only forum to seek clarification directly from Project Manager and Town staff.
AWARD:
Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid.
The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal.
The Town reserves the right to award on an all-or-none basis or on a line-by-line basis.
Prices quoted must be valid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from the close of the bid.
RESPONSIBLE VENDOR DETERMINATION:
Respondent is hereby notified that Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, requires that the Town of Palm Beach may not request documentation of or consider a vendor’s social, political, or ideological interest when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor.
