THIS IS A REFRESH OF REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER (RFSO-000174)

The purpose of this reopening is to:

•        Inform the market of the continued use and availability of this procurement tool for the additional one-year period beginning March 2026 ending February 2027.

•        Allow newly interested and qualified suppliers an opportunity to submit an Offer to be awarded a Standing Offer under the same terms and conditions as the initial process.

CMHC wishes to enter into Standing Offers with professional services firms to provide internal audit services. These firms should have expertise in internal audit practices and theory, as well as subject matter expertise in various areas. These areas include, but are not limited to: housing solutions, housing analysis and research, mortgage insurance, mortgage funding, risk management including modelling and capital management, finance including capital and actuarial services, treasury and pension funds, procurement processes, communications strategies, information and technology, data and analytics, security including privacy, human resources, legal services, innovation, project management and strategy.

The RFSO will consist of two streams of internal audit services, which are:

Stream 1: Professional Practices

Stream 2: Internal Audit and Industry Subject Matter Expertise

The duration of these Standing Offers will be for a one (1) year term.

Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFSO document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. on December 15, 2025
