Tree Removal Services

The City of Warner Robins (“City”) is soliciting sealed bids for removal of dead, diseased, and declining trees, including stumps and major roots, with all disturbed areas restored to match surrounding grade and site conditions. The trees to be removed are located at various sites and include (4) Bradford Pears, (12) Crape Myrtles, (2) Willow Oaks, (2) Hornbeams, and (9) Red Maples. Removal will be funded through the Trees Across Georgia Grant and is necessary to prepare each site for the installation of appropriate replacement tree species.

Bids will be accepted via the City’s online procurement system, IonWave, until August 5, 2026, at 4:00 PM (ET).

Potential bidders are encouraged to submit questions for clarification or additional information relating to specifications or solicitation requirements. All questions must be submitted via IonWave by August 4, 2026 at 4:00 PM (ET).

Submission of a bid shall constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms, conditions, specifications, and addenda as contained in this solicitation.
