The City of San Marcos issoliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) to be received in theOffice of the Purchasing Manager, Building 4, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX78666, as outlined below:

Specifications may be downloaded at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement . Vendors must register to download information. All addenda, proposal tabulations, etc. can be downloaded at the above site.
SOQs must be received in theOffice of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX78666, no later than October 30, 2025, 2:00 P.M., Local Time. SOQs will bepublicly acknowledged via videoconference immediately thereafter. Video conference link is provided in solicitation documents.
Award is scheduled for January 20, 2026, City Council meeting at 5:00 p.m. or anysubsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled.
Questions to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the City of San Marcos Purchasing and Contracting Division only at RShelton@sanmarcostx.gov. Please reference the solicitation number when corresponding.
