Consulting Services for
Gender-Based Violence Response Training for
BC Housing Management Commission

1. Conduct a needs assessment report including engagement;
2. Develop a gender-based violence (GBV) response training program, including training modules, operational plans and policies; which could include an introduction to gender- based violence,  recognizing signs of gender-based violence and policies which may include staff code of conduct, confidentiality, etc.;
3. Develop a soft-launch training program;
4. Finalize training program and implementation plan;
5. Develop a toolkit or resources for ongoing training and support;
6. Develop a training evaluation model to ascertain the effectiveness of the program; and
7. Develop an interim report and a final report to summarize project activities, proposal of further activities and additional relevant information.

Project Phasing and Potential Continuation to Phase 2

This Request for Proposals (RFP) addresses the scope of work for Phase 1 of the project, with a confirmed budget as indicated above. Phase 1 aims to develop and pilot the required deliverables, ensuring they fully meet the objectives outlined in this RFP.

Should future funding become available for Phase 2, the work scope, budget and timelines will be determined at that time.

Please note that no guarantee is made regarding additional work beyond Phase 1. Furthermore, selection as the successful Proponent for Phase 1 does not ensure automatic selection for any future phases, and any continuation will be subject to further agreement and adherence to procurement policies.
