Description

Roseburg Veteran Affairs Health Systems requires comprehensive maintenance, annual load bank testing, and annual ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) testing on generators located at the facility.



Roseburg Veteran Affairs Health Care Systems provides inpatient and outpatient care. Uninterrupted electrical power is essential for quality patient care and veteran safety. Generator and ATS reliability are critical for healthcare operations.



The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, and supervision necessary for annual generator and ATS maintenance, load bank testing, coolant system service/replacement, and fuel testing per ANSI standards. All compliance, documentation, and

reporting are included. Contractor must supply all required consumables, parts, tools, and a properly sized backup emergency generator to ensure uninterrupted power during maintenance activities.
