FY2027 DPW ANNUAL SERVICES CONTRACT SB26-2 ITEMS 5 & 6 CONCRETE CURB RAMPS AND BITUMINOUS SIDEWALKS

The DPW Director invites sealed bids for various Public Works services expected to be used from September 21 through June 30, 2027.  Services procured as part of this bid includes: repair and reconstruction of concrete sidewalks, concrete curb ramps, and bituminous sidewalks at various locations in the Town of Milton. No price increases will be accepted over the term of this contract. Services shall be provided under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30, Sections 39M.  Envelopes containing bids must be sealed, clearly marked with name and address of Bidder. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "SB26-2 Items 5&6 – Concrete Curb Ramps and Bituminous Sidewalks" along with the reference number of the item included with the bidder’s proposal. Bids will be received at the Engineering Department Office on the 2nd floor of the Milton Town Offices at 525 Canton Avenue, Milton MA, 02186 (in care of Darwin Cevallos, PE) until 10:00 a.m. local time on September 3rd, 2026. Shortly thereafter, they will be publicly opened by the Town authority in the Cronin Conference room located on the 2nd floor of the Milton Town Offices, located at 525 Canton Avenue, Milton MA.  The Contract Documents may be downloaded from the bidding page on the Town’s website at https://www.miltonma.gov/bids.aspx. Contract documents may be viewed during the business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Thursday and 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM on Friday in the Engineering Office located on the 2nd floor of Milton Town Offices, 525 Canton Avenue Milton, MA 02186 on or after August 20th, 2026. Notice of this award will be published in the Milton Times, Central Register, CommBuys and on the Milton Procurement site on August 20th, 2026. All prospective bidders must register at https://www.miltonma.gov/bids.aspx  to be on the Official Bid List and will receive any official notices and or addenda via email. Failure to do so may result in disqualification of submitted bids.
