The City of Ypsilanti is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from experienced professional building assessment consultants interested in providing a facility condition assessment of the City Hall, Police Station, and Fire Station. City Hall is located at 1 S Huron, Ypsilanti, MI 48197. Fire Station is located at 525 W Michigan Ave, Ypsilanti, MI 48197. Police Station is located at 505 W Michigan Ave, Ypsilanti, MI 48197. One unbound paper copy with the pricing page flagged and one electronic copy of the proposal must be delivered separately in an opaque sealed envelope. The envelope must be properly labeled (including FedEx and UPS labels) as follows:
