The City of Ypsilanti is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from experienced professional building assessment consultants interested in providing a facility condition assessment of the City Hall, Police Station, and Fire Station. City Hall is located at 1 S Huron, Ypsilanti, MI 48197. Fire Station is located at 525 W Michigan Ave, Ypsilanti, MI 48197. Police Station is located at 505 W Michigan Ave, Ypsilanti, MI 48197.
