80 FTW ENJJPT Patches - Amendment 2

***Amendment 2 (30 July 2026): The purpose of this second amendment is to update the performance requirements so that the 67-inch H no-color ENJJPT patch requires delivery and installation at Building 2320, while the 36-inch H x 45-inch L color ENJJPT + 80 FTW patch remains manufacture and delivery only (no installation required). All associated attachments—including the Statement of Work (SOW)—have been updated to reflect these split requirements, specifically restoring the installation requirement for Building 2320. Additionally, the deadline for submitting questions is extended to 03 August 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT. The offer submission due date remains unchanged at 12 August 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.***

***Amendment 1 (29 July 2026): The purpose of this amendment is to update the statement of work for manufacture and delivery only, extend the questions due date until 31 July 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT and responses due date until 12 August 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT. All associated attachments—including the Statement of Work (SOW) and technical specifications have been updated to remove the requirement for installation services and to add the requirement for integrated hooks or mounting hardware. All existing and applicable questions will be routed for answers in a future amaendment. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.***

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFQ Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding amendments. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA302026Q0063 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to:

   Manufacture, deliver, and professionally install one (1) 67-inch H no-color aluminum ENJJPT patch for the exterior façade of Building 2320.

   
   


2. 
   

   Manufacture and deliver only (no installation required) one (1) 36-inch H x 45-inch L combined color ENJJPT + 80 FTW patch for the interior hallway of Building 2322. This patch must feature attached hooks or integrated mounting hardware appropriate for secure indoor wall installation.

These items are to be delivered to Sheppard AFB, Texas. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

This requirement is set aside as 100% small business set aside. The applicable NAICS code is 333950, and the small business size standard is 500 employees.

Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.
