Professional IT Services for Information Technology Strategy Evaluation

The New York State Bridge Authority (NYSBA) is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified firms capable of providing an Information Technology Strategy Evaluation (ITSE). Successful proposer shall assist NYSBA in the development of the ITSE, with the intent of realizing optimizations in IT operations that will benefit NYSBA and their customers. NYSBA's organizational priorities include elements related to increasing productivity, decreasing operational costs where feasible, improving customer experience, improving data management, reporting, and enhancing the efficiency and security of IT operations.
