Project Description: Burns & McDonnell invites qualified bidders to participate in the Norwich Public Utilities L-617 C403 – Transmission Line Rebuild – Clearing, Access, Foundation & Structure Installation Subcontractor opportunity. Interested bidders should reach out to Burns & McDonnell as detailed below. To protect confidential project information, Burns & McDonnell will first issue a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) to interested bidders. The RFP package will be released only after Burns & McDonnell receives a fully executed NDA. Interested bidders shall submit the information below to request the NDA and begin the RFP access process.
