Health Information and Gateway Exchange (HINGE) – Oracle Cerner Interface FY27

Request for Information, 36C10B26Q0739, will not result in a solicitation at this time. As the result of unforeseen Government delays, the VA anticipates first awarding a sole-source modification to contract 47QTCA18D005V 36C10B25F0278 with Hunter Strategy, LLC under RFO 6.103-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” This modification will enable the current performing contractor to complete all intended work under the existing contract in order to meet overarching programmatic schedule for the Oracle Cerner Interface.



However, any future HINGE interface requirements will be competed, and specific acquisition strategies will be announced once finalized.
