Description
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of Mass Timber Structural Engineering and Research Consulting by Mikhail Gershfeld as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and/or services. Provider of services must have: significant experience, both in practice and academia, in structural engineering with a specialization in mass timber, significant experience as a professor in structural engineering, significant experience in consulting on design research projects, including work with architectural studios, significant experience in International structural engineering work, in particular at timber engineering conferences worldwide, broad knowledge of the field of mass timber in the United States and Europe, among other specifications. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
