EMC Cory Wride Phase 2 South Lot

Project Description: Eagle Mountain City is requesting bids from responsible firms or individuals for a project called Cory B. Wride Memorial Park Phase 2 – South Parking Lot Improvements. The project is located west of the existing pedestrian crossing in the roadway, south of the baseball fields, within the designated south parking lot area, including the retention pond. Work includes site demolition, clearing and grubbing, and removal of existing asphalt, concrete, curb and gutter, vegetation, and miscellaneous site features within the limits of disturbance. The project also includes stripping, stockpiling, and reuse of topsoil, site grading and earthwork, and implementation of erosion control and SWPPP measures in accordance with City and applicable standards.
ATTENTION:
The following documents will be required with bidding documents and/or with a contract award.
** Bid Bond for 5% of the total project required with the bidding documents**
Insurance verification with bid, Certificate of Insurance at contract signing
** 100% Performance Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing **
** 100% Payment Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing **
Any bid / proposal received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will not be considered.
OPENING OF BIDS / PROPOSALS:
Bids / proposals will be opened on or around the closing date and time. Results will be posted after bids / proposals have been evaluated. Vendors who submit a bid / proposal will be notified of the results via email. The email will include a spreadsheet of all vendors, and the amounts of the bids / proposals submitted for the project. Please include the name and email address of your contact person in the cover letter so we can send the notification of bid results. Bids/ proposals will also be posted on Eaglemountaincity.com/purchasing. Once a vendor is chosen for the awarded contract all vendors will be notified of the vendor who will be awarded the contract. The chosen vendor will submit the remaining required insurance, bonds, and other required documentation with a signed contract.
