| Request Response Information: | The City Clerk’s Office will be accepting all proposals electronically. Proposals shall be submitted via email to RFP@campbellca.gov with subject line “Community Center Pool Replacement”. The fee proposal is to be submitted in a separate email from the proposal to RFP@campbellca.gov, with subject line “Community Center Pool Replacement - Fee Proposal”. Proposals received after the time and date specified above will be considered nonresponsive and will be returned to the consultant. Any proposals received prior to the time and date specified above may be withdrawn or modified by written request of the consultant. To be considered, however, the modified proposal must be received prior to 3pm (PST), September 2, 2026. Questions related to this RFP shall be submitted in writing via QuestCDN website. Questions shall be submitted by 5pm (PST), August 26, 2026. Responses to questions will be posted to the QuestCDN website by August 28, 2026. |

| Description: | The City of Campbell (City) is pleased to announce a request for proposals, “RFP,” to provide consultant professional services for aquatic facility design to replace the Campbell Community Center Pool and associated facilities referred to as the Community Center Pool Replacement project. Proposed professional services include design, engineering, community engagement, and design support services during construction. Assume an available total project budget of $12M for design and construction when determining the level of effort needed in responding to this RFP. The selected firm will be responsible for the professional design services needed for the replacement of the pool, combination frontage and entry building, support facilities, and adjacent combination changing and locker rooms. |
