Description: |
The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids for the demolition of existing CD #039 and the construction of a new asphalt paved parking lot. The scope of the project includes the demolition of an existing CMU/framed structure with a concrete foundation, removal of existing water and sanitary utility lines, earthwork grading for a new 25 parking space asphalt parking lot and separate paved employee parking lot. Bids will be opened electronically and read in the Division of Contracts and Procurement, located at 2001 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110-9797, on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
CONTRACT NO. 1 - GENERAL When bidding, amount Bid should be in dollars and cents-----no fractions of a cent will be accepted.
